After years of struggling with PTSD driven addiction and finding the twelve-step model inaccessible, I turned to my background in alternative healing for answers. I worked with a variety of healers and practitioners in my early months of sobriety to stabilize myself mentally and physically.
I first discovered my passion for helping others working as a massage therapist and energy worker.
Now, I use my gifts to offer continued support and light the way for others on their path to sobriety and wellness.
